Leadership Training Institute offers workshops that teach participants
to confidently use proven methods of management leadership
to lead people and help them plan, organize
and control their work assignments. Workshop
participants will also learn to use resources made available to them more
effectively.
On-Site
Workshops: can be tailored to the needs of client
organization and delivered on-site at time and location
of client choice.
Workshop Objectives:
At
the 90-day post-workshop assessment, participants will
have:
- Demonstrated
(on the job) an understanding that the intuitive style
of leadership (self-centered, directive) will only
work in special circumstances and will have made noticeable
improvement in working themselves toward a management
leadership style (participatory, empowering)
- Spent
more time "leading and managing" and less
time "doing"
- Used
the action planning process to plan and implement
at least one important initiative that has a positive
impact on business results
- Used
the decision-making technique on the job to arrive
at sound decisions that have or will have a positive
impact on business results
- Demonstrated
greater ability to function in teamwork situations
- Developed
and successfully used a system of control by exception

Leadership Studies: Online Leadership Training Workshops
Online leadership training providers offer courses that give students the freedom to attend class anytime from wherever they choose. Online leadership workshops prepare students who aspire to upper level administrative and management positions. Students are exposed to leadership issues and theories designed to develop the vision and problem-solving skills of future leaders. Leadership workshops students are prepared to effectively lead organizations in a global environment.
Online leadership workshops examine issues of leadership that include project management, total quality management, and team building; cultural diversity, concepts of human behavior, and varying standards of discipline; negotiations and problem solving; applications of leadership and roles of responsibility; and theories, effective techniques, and evaluation of social issues that affect the workplace.
Leadership workshops may also examine evolution of leadership processes regarding concepts of leadership and methods for adjusting performance to improve effectiveness through analysis and decision making. Leadership Studies may focus on specific issues of development of understanding and interpretation of various theories and models of leadership and on examining styles of leadership.
Professionals with specializations and degrees in leadership are found in business, industry, the military, and public agencies; and in political organizations, social groups, schools, and churches. Leadership skills are used for effective management and the applications of contemporary management and leadership techniques.
